How can I access my Reseller Account?
You can access your reseller account by logging in at http://kabizmarket.com/
Note: To avoid technical problems, it is advisable that you clear your history’s cache before logging in, or you can use an “incognito or private” window in accessing kabizmarket.
What are your payment methods?
We accept payments through BDO or BPI bank deposit, and paypal transactions. Cut off of payment is 11:00 am from mondays to fridays only, afterwhich remaining fulfillments/payments will be accepted the next business day.
Do you fulfill COD (Cash on delivery) orders for your resellers?
No, we do not fulfill Cash on delivery orders to our resellers. We only fulfill drop shipping services after the payment of our resellers.
How can I upgrade my membership Level?
There are two (2) ways to upgrade your membership level;
- You can upgrade your membership level based on your monthly sales quota, once you reach the required quota, your membership will be upgraded onto the next month. We base all membership levels on our system, and you will be notified once your membership is upgraded.
- Or you can top-up your account, directly be a silver member by topping-up P30,000 Worth of Kabizcoins! Be a gold member by topping-up P100,000 Kabizcoins!
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All our Products have corresponding Warranty / Replacement term depending on Manufacturer’s Terms, warranty terms are located at every product detail on our website. In an of returning an item make sure kabizko warranty sticker is still intact, warranty is considered void / invalid if warranty sticker is tampered.
